CE certification
CE certification is a mandatory requirement for silica fume that is sold or used in the European Economic Area (ЄЕЗ). The CE mark indicates that the silica fume meets the essential safety requirements of the relevant European Directives.
The specific European Directive that applies to silica fume is EN 13263-1:2005+A1:2009, which specifies the requirements for chemical and physical properties of silica fume to be used as a type II addition in concrete conforming to EN 206-1, or in mortars, grouts and other mixes.
