Introduction
92% Undensified Silica Fume is a micro-silica fume with 92% SiO2 indhold, and the Bulk density is 250-400kg/m³.
Silica Røg, also known as Micro-silica powder and cohesive silica fume, is formed when smelting ferrosilicon and silicon metal, the mineral-heated electric furnace emits extremely volatile Si gas and SiO2, and the gas is discharged and precipitated by oxidation condensation with air. Micro-silica powder is a by-product of the whole big industrial smelting and needs to be collected by environmental protection equipment. The initial density of micro-silica powder is only 150-200 kg/m3, which will cost a lot in transportation cost, and in order to reduce the transportation cost of micro-silica powder, the encrypted micro-silica powder becomes the ideal choice for most manufacturers.
