Ordinary Microsilica Powder

The product has high purity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, low internal stress, high humidity resistance, low radioactivity and other excellent characteristics.
Application: It is used in large scale and super large scale IC plastic sealing material, epoxy casting material, potting material, and other chemical fields.
Spherical microsilica powder
“Spherical” silica micronized powder is made of high quality quartz ore and processed by unique technology to form a kind of high strength, high hardness and inert spherical particles. It has very low oil absorption rate, mixing viscosity and friction coefficient. Its unique spherical structure, compared with other angular quartz powder (silica micropowder), the powder fluidity is good, and the resting angle formed by the powder accumulation is small, so when mixed with organic polymer materials, it is dense and enhances the strength of the body. It is easy to disperse, evenly mixed, and can obviously increase the fluidity of the material.
Application: used in coatings, epoxy flooring, silicone rubber, etc., significantly reduce the cost, significantly improve the performance of the processing of mixed materials.
Nano silicon dioxide
Mainly used in electronic packaging materials, polymer composites, plastics, coatings, rubber, pigments, ceramics, adhesives, glass fiber reinforced plastic, drug carriers, cosmetics and antibacterial materials and other fields, has become a new material for the upgrading of traditional products.
Depending on the raw material of silica, reducing agent or furnace condition, most of the micro-silica powder is gray or dark gray. In the formation process, due to the process of phase change by surface tension, the formation of amorphous spherical particles of amorphous phase, and the surface is relatively smooth, and some are agglomerates of multiple spherical particles stuck together.
